Professor Dr. Bala Shanmugam, FCPA, holder of the renowned Emeritus title was a graduate of the University of Wollongong, Australia (1972). A distinguished academician associated with the world's leading Universities, former Director of RHB Bank, and author of 40+ books including 14 on Islamic Banking. He retired as Head of Finance at Monash University, Malaysia and contributes to the research community through the World Research Union.

Professor Ljiljana Markovic received her education at the University of Cambridge, UK. Full Professor at the Faculty of Philology, University of Belgrade, and president of the Council of Doctoral Studies. Awarded by the Government of Japan's Minister of Foreign Affairs for contributions to Japanology. She is part of UN's ECPD (European Commission of Peace Development) in Serbia.
