Indexing and Abstracting

The Journal of Intelligent Financial Systems and Autonomous Management is committed to maximizing the visibility, discoverability, and citation potential of every article it publishes. The Journal's metadata is openly harvestable, and the Journal is pursuing inclusion in the major scholarly indexing and abstracting services as it builds its published record.

Current indexing status

The Journal of Intelligent Financial Systems and Autonomous Management is a newly established open-access journal. As a new title, it is not yet listed in citation databases such as Scopus or Web of Science, and it does not yet report bibliometric indicators such as a CiteScore, SJR, or H-Index. Inclusion in these databases requires a sustained record of published, peer-reviewed content, which the Journal is building. This page describes the Journal's current metadata infrastructure and its indexing roadmap, and it will be updated as each listing is achieved. The Journal does not claim indexing or metrics that it has not been awarded.

Metadata distribution

The Journal exposes its full article metadata for harvesting by aggregators, discovery layers, and institutional repositories from the date of first publication:

  • OAI-PMH endpoint: https://landing.wrunion.org/ojs/index.php/jifsa/oai, supporting Dublin Core and OpenAIRE metadata formats
  • Dublin Core and Google Scholar-compatible meta tags embedded in every article page, so that articles become discoverable through Google Scholar as they are crawled
  • RSS and Atom feeds available for the current issue and for Journal announcements

Persistent identifiers

  • ISSN: application in progress. The ISSN will be displayed here and in the Journal masthead once assigned.
  • Digital Object Identifiers (DOI): [DOI STATUS]
  • ORCID: the Journal records ORCID iDs for authors who supply them, linking each contribution to a persistent author identifier.

Indexing roadmap

The Journal is pursuing inclusion in the following services in sequence, as eligibility criteria are met:

  • Directory of Open Access Journals (DOAJ): application to be submitted once the Journal has published its required minimum of peer-reviewed content and holds a registered ISSN. DOAJ listing is the Journal's immediate indexing priority.
  • ROAD: Directory of Open Access Scholarly Resources: listing follows ISSN assignment.
  • Google Scholar: articles are made discoverable through embedded Scholar-compatible metadata from first publication.
  • Web of Science and Scopus: evaluation for these citation databases will be sought once the Journal has established a sustained publication history and citation record. The Journal makes no claim of inclusion in either database at this time.
